A weekend kitchen that showed up in 2020 — and never stopped.
thesocialcookhouse began in May 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, with a simple idea: cook clean, home-style food and take it to the people who need it most — with the same care you would give a guest at your own table.
Five years on, the promise is unchanged. Every Saturday and Sunday, our small Noida kitchen cooks fresh, hygienic, nutritionally-packed meals and drives all across Noida to find people who genuinely need them — not the temple crowds where food often goes to waste.
Our own hands still pack at least 120 boxes every weekend, no matter what. When you support us, you don’t replace that — you add to it. Together we’re growing from 120 boxes to 500 a weekend, and every one is meant to feel like a fresh meal, not a leftover.
